HBB&B is modern style accommodation, based on an old fashioned idea. The house has recently been purpose-built and offers 2 elegant apartments, each opening out to a private lawn or courtyard. Polished floorboards and plantation shutters will set the mood and atmosphere for an amazing holiday. Each apartment is suitable for double or single occupancy and is not suitable for children.
The Garden Room consists of a large bedroom suite in the main house with a private entrance and spectacular views from the garden area over the Bay.
We offer complimentary breakfast at the Hyams Beach Café (just over the road) where you can experience the best coffee, home-cooked treats and read the morning paper whilst soaking in the village atmosphere. You can sleep in too, as breakfast is served until 11.00am – just in time for an early morning swim. Sometimes our guests prefer to make their own arrangements regarding breakfast, so we offer a ‘no breakfast’ option at a reduced rate. Please refer to our rates page for details.
The Apartments
At Hyams Beach Bed and Breakfast we value your privacy and have designed your accommodation accordingly. Each apartment consists of a living area, dining area, bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite and separate service area where light meals can be prepared. For your comfort there is heating for winter and ceiling fans for those long summer days.
The Terrace
French doors open from your living area and bedroom to your own private lawn terrace that overlooks Jervis Bay. Sun lounges and outdoor eating area make this the perfect spot to laze on a sunny afternoon.
The Courtyard
Although this apartment does not have a water view, it does open out to a huge, airy and private courtyard complete with your own lemon tree and herb garden. There is also an outdoor eating area and deckchairs just perfect for passing away the time with a cool drink and snack.
The Garden Room
A large luxurious air conditioned room with queen size bed, small lounge area and tea & coffee making facilities. The highlight of this room would be the enormous elegant ensuite with walk in shower and white rolled top bath.The bedroom opens out to a lawn terrace in the gardens of the main house with outdoor sitting area which has a magnificent view over to Point Perpendicular. Your accommodation is quite separate and you have your own entrance via French doors to the garden area.
