Together we share over 30 years experience in the food industry and our goal is simple to create a world class cafe/ brasserie experience.
We want a space to share with community we live in that is engaging, relaxed and a place to learn. We aim to do this by having a ‘no compromise’ attitude towards everything we do.
From the quality of our raw ingredients to the calibre of our staff. We are committed to ongoing training and continual improvement.
We are engaged in the Slow Food movement and source our ingredients as locally as possible, seeking only the finest quality and ethically produced ingredients. We aim to build mutually beneficial relationships with our customers, suppliers and producers.
